By using the site you accept these terms. The paid services described on the site are provided under their own proposal and contract, which take precedence over these terms on any matter they cover.

The playbook, the articles and the self-assessment are offered for information purposes. The self-assessment result is built from the statements you tick and from a proprietary method of analysis; it is guidance on where to start, not a diagnosis based on real data or a personalised recommendation.
