Method first, catalogue second
We diagnose before we propose, design before we build, build inside your team, and hand it over running without us. This page covers the four phases, the order you buy the pieces in, and what we don't do.
Our way of working
Four phases, always in this order. None starts until the previous one has settled something in writing.
RevOps & GTM Diagnostic
- CRM, data model and automations, reviewed as they're actually used
- Interviews with the people who sell, prospect and report
- Symptoms confirmed with evidence, where each one comes from and what it breaks
- A prioritised plan with prices, in three weeks
Solution design
- What gets built and in what order
- If the process is broken, we don't start by pushing more leads in at the top
- Flows, data model, playbooks and owners, on paper
- Signed off with you before we touch a single automation
Implementation and follow-up
- Inside your stack and with your team, not in parallel
- Delivered piece by piece, each one working in production
- Reviews on a fixed cadence: what's moved and what hasn't
- Whatever isn't used gets fixed or removed
Handover
- System documentation and team training
- Playbooks in your sellers' hands
- We leave when it works without us
- Keeping us on to run it is your decision, not the default
Five steps, from start to finish
We don't sell a catalogue to pick and mix from. We sell a sequence: each step builds on what the last one settles, and we'll tell you when you can skip one.

Fit call
30 minutes · free
Half an hour to see whether we're a fit. It isn't a diagnostic and we don't dress it up as one. It's there to filter, and sometimes to tell you that you don't need to work with us right now.
You can skip it. Nobody has to come through here to hire us.

RevOps & GTM Diagnostic
Three weeks · €1,500 plus VAT, credited in full
We review the system, interview your sales team and deliver the confirmed symptoms with evidence, where each one comes from, and what to fix first, in order, with prices. If you decide to build it in-house, the plan is still yours.
It's the recommended way in and what sets the order of everything that follows. Skip it only if you already know exactly which piece is next.

RevOps & GTM Projects
Fixed-scope projects · quoted after the Diagnostic
We build the piece the plan calls for: the ICP and the TAM, the value proposition, the handoffs, data hygiene, forecasting, the CRM implementation or one of the demand channels. Twenty-two projects with a beginning and an end, each one documented and with adoption training.
The order isn't decorative. You can't measure a pipeline whose stages mean nothing, and you can't automate a process that doesn't exist.

Outbound System and AI Transformation
Two three-phase programmes · twelve weeks each
The two programmes: the complete outbound system, designed and built in your stack, and AI inside the team's real workflow, with the training that gets it adopted. Both end with your team running them.
Switching on outbound before anyone is ready to handle what comes in is the most expensive way to lose leads, and automating without a process just creates chaos faster.

Always On
Three months minimum · three levels, on their own or combined
From least to most embedded in your team: outbound run from our system with leads delivered daily, outbound run from your stack with every integration, or the entire Revenue Operations function. None of them includes the others.
You can come straight in here if the system is already built and what's missing is someone to run it.
What we don't do, up front
None of these rules is new: each one is written into the services it affects. They're all here in one place, so you don't have to go looking.
No lists and no guaranteed meetings
We don't sell lead lists and no service promises a number of meetings. The two options that prospect for you — Fractional Lead Generation Agency from our system, Fractional GTM Engineer from yours — set an objective and review it monthly against the data, with no committed number.
The Diagnostic comes first
It's where we recommend starting, it costs exactly what's published, and it's credited in full if we carry on. If you decide to build it in-house, the plan is still yours. Skip it only when you already know exactly which piece is next.
Inside your stack
We build in the tools you already use and with your team, not in a parallel environment that has to be migrated later. Whatever isn't used gets fixed or removed. The exception is Fractional Lead Generation Agency, which prospects from our infrastructure on purpose.
The system is documented and it's yours
Documentation, playbooks and training are part of the delivery. If we stop working together, the system keeps working without us. With the Agency, what stays with you are the leads, the messages and everything learnt.
The price is stated up front
The Diagnostic and the three Always On levels have a published 'from' price. Projects and programmes are quoted in writing against the scope before we start (after the Diagnostic, if you've done one). The factors that move the figure are published on each page. Whatever changes the price is said beforehand, not on the invoice.
Three months minimum on Always On
Before that there isn't enough data to know whether it works. At the end of the third month there's a joint review and the decision to continue is yours.
Start with the Diagnostic?
Half an hour to see whether we're a fit — and if we're not, we'll tell you there and then.
30 minutes, no sales pressure.
